a. Participant's are allowed to upload as many videos they want (Minimum of 2 Minutes and Maximum of 10 Minutes Video).
b. Participants should be a Filipino and located in the philippines.

c. The Winner will be pick based on these CRITERIA:

15 % - Video Quality

20 % - Video Effects

45 % - Response to the Question

20 % - Creativity

For a total of 100 %

d. There is only one winner for this contest

e. The Winner's Entry and name will be posted on this site On October 25 2008

f. Any Video response that will contain any explicit content(ie: SEX) will automatically be disqualified.

g. Once the Decision was posted it will be considered as FINAL.

h. The winner who will get the highest score will win:
